1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
4. Payment Policy (No COD)
- We accept prepaid orders only
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available
- Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment
5. No Return / No Exchange Policy
- All sales are final
- We do NOT accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances
- Please review product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing your order
6. Refund Policy

7. Exception (Damaged or Wrong Product Only)
We only consider requests if:
- You receive a damaged product, OR
- You receive the wrong item
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photo/video proof
After verification, we may offer a replacement (if applicable). Refunds are generally not provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
