Please find our Shipping and Return policy below. However, we just want to re- assure you that we are very customer friendly and deeply value our customer relationships and their happiness. We always strive to be accommodative of your requests to the best of our ability, something which our loyal and happy customer base is proof of!

• In all cases of Returns & Exchange, we only provide exchange of the product for that you have to drop us a mail at support@ireshh.com ,mentioning the order number and the issue you are facing with the item delivered, within 24 hours of receiving the product. Pls note the below points :
  • The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Retain the original packaging by keeping the tags, labels if any, intact.

• We will try our best to pickup the product to be returned from your registered shipping address within India. In case we aren’t able to arrange for the reverse pick up owing to non availability of the service in your PIN code, we would request you to self ship the product to the shipping address shared with you via a courier partner of your choice. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package, for us to be able to takeover the process. We will reimburse the shipping cost incurred by you in the form of store credits (Maximum up to Rs.150).In case of a reverse pick up, we would request you to kindly cooperate with the courier agent who will be instructed to collect the package from you.

• Please note that the courier parties are third party in nature and may call only a limited number times for Reverse Pick Up. Kindly handover the package at one go to ensure non cancellation or delay of Reverse Pick Up.

• It takes 7-10 working days for the product to reach us back at the warehouse. So your patience is requested for the same.
• The product received will be inspected for quality and if approved by the Quality Checking team, we will provide you with store credits worth the product value that can be used for a future purchase from the website or Exchange your product to the size desired by you.
• Please note that the Gift Card/Exchange shall be issued only once we receive the package back at our warehouse. So your patience on the same is highly appreciated. 
• Eligible products can be returned within 7 to 10 days of product delivery. Eligibility of returns is clearly mentioned on the product page before you proceed to place your order.

ELIGIBILITY OF EXCHANGE:

• IRESHH does not accept any return in any case, we will only exchange the product.
• Ireshh does not accept exchange on the products which are Customized, Made to Order or Made to Measure.
• Product can be exchanged if the it is faulty or defective product
• Product can be exchanged if it is a different product
• If the product does not fit well (size issues )
• We shall not take Items that have been worn, washed or soiled
• Sale items cannot be exchanged.
• A Complete Quality check will be done by us upon receiving the product before approving any exchange request.
• Please note product can be exchanged only once.

Conditions for Exchanging the products

• The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc;
• Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
• Brand packaging should be intact;
• Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
• Products that are eligible for an exchange, can be exchange within 7 t0 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.

This must be done within 1 day of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 1 day of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Shipping Policy

• We work with some of the best-known logistics companies to deliver your products to you in a seamless and hassle-free manner.
• Shipping is free across India for all Pre-Paid Orders
• Cash on delivery orders 50 Rs. Per Shipping.
• Our delivery timelines are normally between 4 to 9 working days.

Please note that at times delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather trouble, etc. But we assure you that we will do our best in ensuring that your shipment reaches you at the earliest.
